Hi, I’m Csilla Szabo.
Through my material I aim to create a space for you, where you can discover and recognize your greatness, your true being behind the story of your life.
I’m here to gently lift you into your own power.
I’m lucky to have a personality that is curious and very open to new things, and information. I’ve learned to use my awareness and analytical ability to distinguish, compare and synthetise various information sources, finding their essence.

How this course was born...
It all started around 15 years ago when I came home amazed by the power of human intention in influencing the physical body, after participating in a craniosacral therapy course.
I remember sitting at the kitchen table and enthusiastically sharing with my husband my desire to tell everyone about the amazing skills we all have and how great and powerful we are.

This idea which sprouted in me that evening was growing silently during the years, witnessing a lot of changes in my life.
Then not long ago I was asked by somebody about the kinds of energies I would like to see more of in the world. I replied that I would like to see more ease, less suffering, and empowered people knowing how fantastic and powerful they are, being capable of changing anything in their life. I realized that I could actually contribute to seeing more of the energies in the world I wish for.
That is when the idea of the Start Up Kit for Life matured in me.
