5. Retaining and deleting personal data

5.1 SaltyFun Oy will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or as needed to provide the Services to you.

5.2 If you no longer want us to send you email messages you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in one of the email messages you have received from us or by sending your request to hello@startupkitforlife.com. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

5.3 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 5, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
